As a Certified Professional Inspector, I work for you, my client. My job is to inform you of the condition of every portion and component of the home I can.

My first investment property was purchased in 1999 with no knowledge of how to thoroughly inspect a house and novice building skills. This house became the “teaching moment” cornerstone of my real estate career. (If I had a home inspection prior to this purchase, I’m certain I would have reconsidered.) I spent more than a year remodeling this house, which included not only the many defects and deficiencies that I was aware of but also far more that I should have been aware of were right before my eyes. The hard lessons learned, and the skills gained from the extensive renovations to this property gave me the passion and confidence to grow in this profession.
I now have 23+ years of residential real estate experience. This includes property investments, construction renovations, buying and selling houses, appraisals, and inspections. I perform Home Inspections as if I’m going to move my wife and daughters into that house the next day.
