My fees for Home Inspections are based on the value that I provide. Rates will typically not vary more than $100 between different companies and are based on the square footage and age of the property.
While my fees are competitive, I do not strive to provide the cheapest cost, but rather the best value. I encourage you to not base your decision on price alone, as a home purchase is one of the largest financial decisions you will make in your life.
Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.

Due to the age of the house and the number of heating and cooling systems, inspection rates may vary.
Detached Structures

Detached structures can be added to the home inspection for an additional fee. When a home inspector inspects a house, they only look at the primary structure. Rates for detached structures will depend on the size of the structure and its systems, such as electrical, heating/cooling, and plumbing systems.
Typical inspections last between 2.5 – 4.5 hours depending on the age, condition, and size of the home. Larger homes, older homes, or homes with multiple issues always take longer than smaller, newer, well-maintained properties.
Although it is not required for the client to be present for the inspection, it is highly recommended. This is a great chance to learn more about the home and ask questions about the condition of the home and how to maintain it.
