Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

Thorough & Detailed

For Home Inspectors in Alabama the Standards of Practice (SOP) and Code of Ethics (COE) were established by the Alabama Building Commission, now known as Alabama Department of Finance Construction Management Division.

At Cobblestone Inspections I adhere to these SOP & COE and additionally follow the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) SOP & COE. I consider these Standards of Practice to be the minimum standards.

I strive to provide my clients with the best service I can that far exceeds the minimum. (Increase the font for this statement)

As a Certified Professional Inspector, I am committed to providing my clients with the best service possible, exceeding their expectations. My job is to inform you of the condition of every part and component of the home I inspect. Communication is a key factor that distinguishes Inspectors from each other. At Cobblestone Inspection, I use my Home Inspection Report as an essential tool for communication. My inspection is comprehensive and covers everything from the roof to the foundation. I produce a detailed and informative report that uses simple language, photos, and diagrams to show you any defects or deficiencies that I find. I also offer a personal consultation where you can ask me any questions or voice concerns you have about the home – before, during and after the inspection. The quality of a Home Inspector’s report reflects their thoroughness and professionalism. That’s why I take pride in delivering a high-quality report to every client.
